WE CARE ABOUT THE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF OUR PATRONS, ARTISTS, AND STAFF

We are committed to following national and local guidelines for Covid-19 safety while providing the best patron experience for your visit. Here are the in-person protocols to see that we all are safe (#1 will be suspended if that is the practice at Carnegie Hall and most performing arts venues):

1) Have your digital or printed proof of Covid-19 vaccination and ID ready upon arrival.

2) Bring your mask. We highly recommend that all visitors wear a mask over their mouth and nose for the entirety of the concert and while inside either of our venues. Bandanas, face shields, and gaiters are not permitted. Masks are provided at the box office and at main entrances.

3) Please arrive early to ensure timely entrance into the hall. As you can imagine, COVID protocols will cause longer wait times to get into the hall. In order to start the concert on time, please consider arriving at least a half hour early. Doors to the buildings will open approximately one hour before concert time.

4) Stay home if you are not feeling well. If you are not feeling well and would like to donate your tickets and receive a receipt for your contribution, please call us at 212-586-4680 or email us at info@pscny.org, We will be in touch if a concert cannot proceed as scheduled.
